Sassy pony is sassy!

For those who don't know, Rainbow Dash of FIM fame was originally going to be Firefly, one of the fan-favorite characters of the original franchise. However, copyright issues reared their ugly heads and we were treated to the rainbow-maned Pegasus we know and love instead. With this in mind, I could hardly resist using a Rainbow Dash as bait for my Firefly here.

A lot of people, mostly those of the vector art persuasion, tend to just stylize Firefly as an alternately colored RD. I support the similarity, but don't agree with the whole recolor thing. Let's make her an individual! So I tried to make her hairstyle similar without it being the same. I'm not sure how well I succeeded...oh well.

Firefly was hand-painted with acrylics, sealed with Testors' Dullcote, and re-haired with Retro Dolls' Blue Belle.
